show not renewed?

I thought I heard somewhere that Alexa will not get another season of the show. True?

Alexa's show on MTV ended after Dec 17, 2009. Since then, she has returned by to modeling.

After her show ended, there were rumors circulating she was going to return to British TV. With her increasing fame, Alexa stated the only way she would do British TV is if the show was taped in the US. This would have made travel easier to her modeling jobs in the US.

Alexa Chung will not return after the season 2 finale of ‘It’s On With Alexa Chung’ on December 17th.
A spokeswoman for Chung said of the news: “Alexa is very proud of the show and is thrilled to have had the opportunity to be welcomed by the American public.
