Losing Weight

The summer is coming soon. I am planning on participating in some beach activities. I want to lose ten pounds before June. Any suggestions?

You want to drink 8 glasses or more of water each day. Also, you want to get in 3 to 5 sessions of cardio each week.

Yeah, I need to drink more water and I'm trying to cut out sodas. I had a treadmill for years and barely use it. I'm going to force myself to work out more.

I'm trying to lose some weight as well. I'm trying to lose stomach and this is only possible through losing body fat.

Yes you are right to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day is capable metabolism to burn calories and 3% detoxifies your body as taking care of your diet take fewer calories you must correct the exercises and yes you due to stress are also the main cause of obesity trying to keep the stress from your mind to listen to nice music or read good books and take some rest.
